Returns & Refunds

Return Window

  • Products may be returned only if defective or damaged on arrival. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Condition for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with all packaging.
  • Hygiene products that are opened cannot be returned due to safety reasons.

Refund Process

  • Once a return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be credited through a bank transfer — please provide your bank details.

Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
